Your Board of Directors have made a conscious effort to reinvest in the property over the past few years. They have implemented a five-year program to ensure that the progress continues, while keeping your interests and the property integrity in place. Most properties reinvest 5-7% back into their property; our property reinvests 18%....WOW, that’s huge!

Please be aware that the Lakeview Property Owners Association is in “no way” divulging your personal information. If you are contacted by anyone stating they are representing or calling on behalf of the POA; please decline speaking with them and contact us immediately!

Be careful of the promises made during any sales pitches; when you are traveling to other properties. Your property is deeded and certain steps must take place before transfer recognition is completed. In order to stem the tide of these fake promises and transfers, the resort is using their “Right of First Refusal” and Third Party Transfers are not recognized.

  2. NEVER pay up-front fees to anyone other than the Lakeview Property Owners Association
